Terms & Conditions of Hire

Minimum Hire Order
$250 plus delivery. 


Daytime Delivery & Collection
All hire items are delivered and collected by our drivers only.
We deliver to the Perth Metropolitan area only. 

Our Package HIre Prices include delivery and collection up to 15kms. Beyond 15 km's an additional fee is payable and will be advised.
The minimum Hire price of individual items is $250, plus delivery & collection which will be advised depending on the location.

All hire items are delivered and collected by our drivers only.
We do NOT offer DIY collection and return.

Night Collections:
Late night pack downs and collections are an additional fee and will be advised. 

​Hire duration:
All hire items are delivered by us to the venue on the day of the event and collected by us from the venue the morning after the event.


PLEASE NOTE​​​​​​​​​​:

All hire items are the property of Wedding & Event Hire. You may NOT remove any hire items from the venue where they have been
delivered.  A return collection fee of $100 will be charged for any items* removed from the venue and which require an additional collection time and/or date.  This fee will be deducted from the bond. Bonds are not refunded until all items are in our possession and undamaged.

*Wishing Well Thank You message frame taken by mistake can be returned by the hiree or their agent at no additional charge before the Bond is refunded.

Refundable Bond:

The bond will be refunded in full within 24 hours providing there is NO damage or MISSING items on collection
A fee will apply if missing items require collection

Missing Items Fee:

Missing  Lock/Key - $25 deducted from Bond

Missing Photo Frame (wishing well message) - $35 deducted from Bond
Missing Table numbers - $25 - $45 each deducted from Bond
Missing Accessories - $25 - $55 each depending on the item
For any other item,  the fee will be advised and is at the discretion of Wedding & Event Hire.

​Payment are accepted by Direct Deposit. Bank details are supplied when booking. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

​The Deposit for ADVANCE bookings is 33% of the Hire Price and is required at the time of booking. 
The balance is to be paid 14 days BEFORE the event together with the refundable Bond.​​​​​​​​​​​

For bookings of less than 14 days before the event  - Full payment including the Bond is required at the time of booking.

Bookings will not be held without the required deposit or full payment, whichever is applicable.

Hire Items are NOT delivered without full payment.

A minimum of 60 days cancellation notice PRIOR to the event is required to ENSURE a full return of monies paid.

Should you not provide 60 days notice, the 33% deposit paid will be forfeited.​​​​​​​​​​​
