Terms & Conditions of Hire
Minimum Hire Order
$250 plus delivery.
Daytime Delivery & Collection
All hire items are delivered and collected by our drivers only.
We deliver to the Perth Metropolitan area only.
The minimum delivery & collection fee is from $100 up to 15 km/s of the Perth GPO and depending on quantity of hire products or Package booked. Beyond 15 km's an additional fee is payable and will be advised. All hire items are delivered and collected by our drivers only.
Collection and pack downs after 5pm are an additional fee starting from $250 depending on the hire package content and location
All hire items are delivered by us to the venue on the day of the event and collected by us from the venue the morning after the event.
All hire items are the property of Wedding & Event Hire. You may NOT remove any hire items from the venue where they have been
delivered. A return collection fee of $100 will be charged for any items* removed from the venue and which require an additional collection time and/or date. This fee will be deducted from the bond. Bonds are not refunded until all items are in our possession and undamaged.
*Wishing Well Thank You message frame taken by mistake can be returned by the hiree or their agent at no additional charge before the Bond is refunded.
The bond will be refunded in full within 24 hours providing there is NO damage or MISSING items on collection.
Wishing Well - $100. It is not permitted to affix any decorations directly onto the wishing well with any medium as this will damage/mark the item and will result in forfeiture of your Bond.

Seating Plan Package - $100
Welcome Sign Package - $100
Premium Reception Package - $500

Missing Items Fee
Missing Lock/Key - $25 deducted from Bond
Missing Photo Frame (wishing well message) - $35 deducted from Bond
Missing Table numbers - $25 - $35 each deducted from Bond
Missing Accessories - $25 - $55 each depending on the item
For any other item, the fee will be advised and is at the discretion of Wedding & Event Hire.
Payment can be made by Direct Deposit. Bank details are supplied when booking.
The Deposit for ADVANCE bookings is 33% of the Hire Price and is required at the time of booking.
The balance is to be paid 14 days BEFORE the event together with the refundable Bond.
For bookings of less than 14 days before the event - Full payment including the Bond is required at the time of booking.
Bookings will not be held without the required deposit or full payment, whichever is applicable.
Hire Items are NOT delivered without full payment.
A minimum of 60 days cancellation notice PRIOR to the event is required to ENSURE a full return of monies paid.
Should you not provide 60 days notice, the 33% deposit paid will be forfeited.
