Traditional Romantic

Location: St Anthony's Catholic Church, Wanneroo Reception Venue: Portofino’s Restaurant, Mindarie Where did you meet? We met at a music festival in Bunbury. A friend of mine struck up a conversation with Anthony and his friends, and then we hung out for the rest of the festival.

The inspiration for our wedding was very much following traditional weddings. We wanted our wedding to be very classy, elegant and romantic. So the focus was very much on being pretty and soft. Lots of roses, rose petals and candles to set the mood with the traditional ceiling drapes to soften the reception. Meeting Bree and Hermes was fabulous as a lot of their styling pieces really added the finishing touches to the day.

What was your colour palette: White and soft pinks

If you chose to DIY all or some aspects of your wedding what were they:

I did the centrepieces myself however they were styled on the day by Sweet Pea Florist.

Your words of advice for new Brides:

Do heaps of research to find out what you really like and look for quality services and suppliers, price is not everything!

Make a list of everything you want done on the day, including a list of photos you want (down to every detail including the reception, group pictures with friends etc) otherwise you will forget!
